MEET Roxie - Lake Haven has a few more dogs from an awful living situation - in this case this little gal was living outside with several other dogs. The owner also had 10 dogs, in crates, living inside when the house started on fire and burned to the ground. Sadly, none of the animals inside survived. But fortunate for this little gal, she survived and we now have her. She is very sweet and is 9 months old. She is a tad timid but is coming out of her shell. ~~All of the dogs at Lake Haven have been tested for heartworm, are up to date on vaccines and started on flea and tick prevention. If they are not already spayed or neutered a voucher will be provided at the time of adoption to cover the cost of the spay/neuter surgery. ~~If you're interested in bringing this wonderful dog into your home and making it part of your family please complete an online application at: Most of the dogs that are available will be at the Petsmart in Grandville, on the 1st three Saturdays of each month. Dogs and puppies can be seen on days other than Saturdays with an approved application.
